Inntel Hotel Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had clearly just been renovated, making it feel large and elegant, with a very clean bathroom. However, it needed more care in terms of maintenance. The service was a mix; some staff were very friendly and helpful, while others were a bit pushy and not as attentive. The location was very convenient, although a bit noisy at times. The dining options were basic but nicely prepared. The facilities were decent but could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, but a bit small for three people. The shower had a strong and powerful showerhead which was a plus. The service was very helpful and positive, especially thanks to the receptionist named Ufuk who went out of his way to make our stay feel like home. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Taksim, making it convenient to access restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The dining options were just okay, though the pricing was reasonable for what was offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and modern, and the food at the buffet was amazing. The friendly and polite staff, especially Basel and Ufuq, made my experience even better. However, I did have to request a dental kit, which was a slight inconvenience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
